Registration for athletics for the 2026-27 school year is now open through FinalForms.
Please complete your athlete's registration at: https://ohusc-in.finalforms.com/
For the 2026-27 school year, all high school and junior high athletes must be fully registered in FinalForms and have a current physical on file before they will be allowed to begin practice. This requirement also applies to 6th-grade students who participate in junior high sports, including cross country, wrestling, swimming, track, and golf.
Please complete these requirements as soon as possible to ensure your student-athlete can participate on the first day of practice. Physicals must be completed on or after April 1, 2026, to be valid for the upcoming school year.
The IHSAA physical form can be found at: https://www.ihsaa.org/sites/default/files/documents/2026-27%20Physical%20Form.pdf
Completed physical forms may be uploaded directly to FinalForms or turned in to a coach or school office. High school fall sports practices will begin on August 3, 2026, with the exception of girls golf, which may begin on July 31, 2026. Practice schedules will be distributed in the coming weeks. Junior high fall sports will begin after the start of the school year.
Additional information regarding junior high practices, meetings, and schedules will be shared as we get closer to the beginning of school. If you have any questions, please contact the Athletic Office at 765-395-3341, ext. 6012.
The Oak Hill United School Corporation Board of School Trustees will hold a Special School Board Meeting on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the OHUSC Administration Building, 1474 N 800 W-27, Converse.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the financial impact of Senate Enrolled Act 1 (SEA 1) and the resulting reduction in local property tax revenue available to Indiana schools, including Oak Hill Schools.
The Board will review the district’s financial outlook and discuss the potential need for an operating referendum, which is a voter-approved funding source that helps support day-to-day school operations, including academic programs, student services, transportation, extracurricular activities, and staffing.
Following the discussion, the Board will determine whether to place an operating referendum on the November 2026 ballot. If approved, registered voters will have the opportunity to decide whether they support additional funding for Oak Hill Schools.
Should the referendum move forward, Superintendent Dr. Sheri Hardman will host public information sessions and community Q&A opportunities throughout the summer and fall to provide details about the district’s financial needs, the proposed use of funds, and the estimated impact on local taxpayers.

At the end of the school day tomorrow (Friday, February 13), the OHUSC Transportation Department will be conducting a bus evacuation drill at the high school. This will occur after elementary students transfer to their home buses and junior high and high school students board their buses.
The drill should only take a few minutes, however, it may cause bus routes to run slightly later than usual in the afternoon. If your child will ride a school bus after school tomorrow, please be aware that their drop-off time may be delayed.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we work to keep our students safe.
Hello Oak Hill Families,
Due to the recent inclement weather in our area, the Oak Hill United School Corporation has exceeded the number of allowable asynchronous eLearning days for the school year. As shared in a previous communication, any additional eLearning days moving forward must be synchronous, similar to what was implemented on Wednesday, January 28.
Oak Hill Schools were previously scheduled to have an asynchronous eLearning day on Friday, February 13, to allow staff to participate in professional development. In light of the weather-related instructional days missed this week, we have adjusted our professional development plan. Our Curriculum Director will work directly with each school over the next four months to implement the training that was originally planned for that day.
As a result of these adjustments, Friday, February 13 will now be an in-person instructional day for students and staff. Given the loss of in-person instruction this past week, our School Board, administration, and staff believe this is the best decision to support student learning.
We understand that this change comes with short notice and may require families and staff to adjust plans. We truly appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we navigate an unusually challenging winter and make decisions in the best interest of our students.
Thank you for your continued support of Oak Hill Schools.
Sincerely,
Sheri Hardman
OHUSC Superintendent
