MINUTES OF BOARD MEETING
HELD
November 14, 2006
Prior to the official meeting on
Tuesday, November 14, 2006, the Board of
Trustees of the Oak Hill United School
Corporation toured the high school and
heard a report of the construction
progress. The Board of Trustees then
met in the Administration Office at 7:30
pm.. All Board Members were present
except Toby Middlesworth. Also present
were Superintendent James W. Smith,
Recording Secretary Norma Sweeten, Joel
Martin, Greg Perkins, Mike Keaffaber,
Terry Renbarger, Valree Kinch, Bill
Bishop, Ruth Davies, and Patti Lehman.
Representing the news media was Mike
Duncan of WBAT Radio.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Dubois, Vice-President, called the
meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
2. MOMENT OF REFLECTION
Mr. Pearson opened the
meeting with reflection and prayer.

PLEDGE OF
ALLEGIANCE
Mr. Dubois led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
4. MINUTES APPROVED
By consensus, the minutes of the regular
meeting and the Executive Session of
October 24, 2006, and the Special
Meeting and Executive Session of October
31, 2006, were approved as submitted.

6. CONTINUING BUSINESS
A. Consideration of Approval of
Teacher Seniority List
Mr. Smith stated that according to Board
Policy 3131, the teacher seniority list
is required to be posted in each
building for 45 days annually. With this
requirement being met, he asked the
Board to consider approving the 2006-07
seniority list.

7. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consideration of
Fundraising Requests
Mr. Smith noted that there were two
fundraising requests from the high
school. The FFA requested permission to
conduct its annual sale of citrus fruit
from November 15th through
December 22nd. The Student
Council asked to again sponsor a sausage
and pancake breakfast on November 25th.
